Landlord Fees


  • Full management of a property at 10% of the monthly rental income. Plus Initial finder’s fee £140.00 subsequent finder’s fee £90.00
  • Tenant find only will be 8% of the total of the first six months rent plus a finder’s fee of £50.00.
  • The take on of a managed property with existing tenants will not attract a charge but normal management fees will apply thereafter.

Breakdown of the charges above are as follows;
Full management of the property will include inspection visits after the first 6 weeks of the tenancy and thereafter every 6 months. All maintenance issues will be dealt with either by your proposed contractors or our own regular contractors. Rental income will be collected by standing order and payments will be made direct to your bank within three working days. Monthly statements will be issued detailing income and any expenditure. Serving of documents, arrears letters and all other administrative work is also included within the full management package.
The finder’s fee will cover the preparation of the file for the property, advertising, negotiation of rents for prospective tenants. Full referencing will be carried out and an inventory detailing the present state of the property and its contents.
Tenant find only service will include preparation of the file for the property, advertising, negotiation of rents for prospective tenants. The tenants will be moved into the property, meter readings carried out and the relevant utility companies informed. We will then hand over to the Landlord the day to day running of the tenancy.
